We want you to love what you ordered from Orbital Essentials. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return
Email us at kenrdacoco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kenrdacoco@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.
